Worst to best: The Hot Wheels Super Treasure Hunts of 2021

This is strictly my personal opinion, this has been a pretty good year for Hot Wheels Super Treasure Hunts, and no fantasy castings yet again, which is always good news. It’s possible that the release order may change. My main criteria is Color, Wheels, Tampo, and casting choice. These are the 2021 Supers. Starting at #15:

2021 Supers, Starting at #15:

Mazda RX-3
Rank: 15
F Case

This one is the worst for this year for a couple of reasons. White Supers never really work out well, and the wheels are below average for a Super.

Corvette Grand Sport Roadster
Rank:14
B Case

Runner up on the worst 2021 Supers list is the Corvette Grand Sport. This one has a nice color, but loses many points for the wheels and the fact that it is a repeat Super from 2019. There are other Corvettes to choose from.

Corvette C7 Z06 Convertible
Rank:13
F case

Speaking of Corvettes, number 13 is a decent looking vehicle, but loses points for being basically the same color scheme as the 2016 Corvette Stingray Super Treasure Hunt. I think there are infinite possibilities for Supers, and there should be minimal repetition in castings and paint schemes.

64 Nova Wagon Gasser
Rank:12
P Case

This one gains points for the iconic Hot Wheels Racing color scheme, but overall is kind of a dull effort on what could be a great choice for a Super.

Rodger Dodger
Rank:11
C Case

The Rodger Dodger is a unique piece because it is based on the magic 8 ball toy, and features 6 different messages on Supers, and 10 messages for non supers, derived from the Magic 8 Ball. These messages are located on the bottom of the car. As far as it’s ranking, it’s okay but not great.
