Word on the street was that Target was beginning a mail in promotion this month, so I began keeping an eye on the numbers on their Hot Wheels. All at once, all of the local stores jumped up by 2-3 cases. Most of the ones I checked or heard about either received E case or G case. I saw a photo on social media of a small dump bin so I knew I needed to keep watching. Boom, on Monday this week the bins started hitting. I was able to get to two stores, and this is what I came out with: (unfortunately, no Treasure Hunts this time)
